TINYFISH
A journal for living in the agentic ageDuring a routine evaluation this year, an AI agent submitted a fabricated tip to a real police department. Nobody there had any relationship with the company running the test, and they found the record only after being notified months later. We kept coming back to that while putting this issue together. Every piece turned out to be about the same gap: the infrastructure that needs to exist around agents before they act on the open web. Accountability definitions, containment systems, identity layers, ways to actually correct what went wrong. All being designed now, often because something already did. The capability question is settling. What has to surround it is wide open.
